How should I store Real Juice to maintain its freshness?To maintain the freshness of Real Juice, store it in the fridge soon after receiving your delivery. Consume within 24-48 hours for the best taste and nutritional value.

What do I do with the empty juice bottles?Once you have enjoyed your Real Juice the empty bottle(s) will be collected during the next delivery date. Simply rinse the bottles (no need to wash them) and leave at the door on the day of your next Real Juice delivery.

What does a subscription look like?As a Real Juice customer, you subscribe to a weekly juice delivery every Monday. Each juice is charged at a flat rate of £7, so every juice on our menu is the same price and you can decide on the quantity. To subscribe to more than one flavour simply sign up to each flavour of your choice.

How can I refer a friendWe would love to delivery to your friends and family (this shows that you love our juice and we are excited to continue to serve you and your community). To refer a friend email info@real-juice.co.uk with the following referral information: Your Name: Your Email: Name of the person(s) you wish to refer: Email address(s) of the person(s) you wish to refer: Upon successful sign up, you and the person(s) referred will receive a 50% discount on your next weekly juice delivery (within the Croydon borough only).

What if I am not home to receive my Real Juice at 7amShould you wish to request a personalised delivery time before 7am do get in touch with us directly at info@real-juice.co.uk. If you plan to be away let us know a week in advance to ensure the production and delivery teams are aware. This will not affect your subscription, we can pause your delivery and weekly payment until you are home and ready to relieve your Real Juice again.
